At the moment, the 'pce' svn repository does indeed contain the source code for OpenCell. This may or not be changed to 'opencell', I don't know even though I would personally like it done.

The authors of those environments agreed that it would be in the interest of the community to merge the two environments, and this is what OpenCell is all about: a merger between PCEnv and COR using PCEnv as the code base.
