Official version of cells which is in quicklisp doesn't support current CCL. I have just fixed this in my fork: https://github.com/Ramarren/utils-kt https://github.com/ramarren/cells/tree/mergekenny . Also, cells-gtk has not been tested in Windows. There is no reason why it shouldn't work, but some manual adjustment might be necessary.
