St. Damhnade, Virgin
Date unknown. Saint Damhnade was an Irish virgin, venerated in Cavan and
Fermanagh. Some have identified her with Saint Dymphna of Gheel,
Belgium. There is, however, no certain knowledge about her
(Benedictines, Husenbeth).
