Many months have passed since Petitions G. R. #'s 209135 & 209136 were filed before the Supreme Court. The second & third Oral Arguments were held on Jan 28 & Feb 18. The above questioned the Constitutionality of the Disbursement Acceleration Program. When will the SC decide? Tomorrow, Tuesday, they are supposed to have an En Banc session. A decision on the above is long overdue. Please bombard the SC as well as the Mass Media to wake up & take notice. Please suggest to the organizers of the June 12 Rally to do everything possible to lobby the SC to bring the above to a satisfactory conclusion. Very truly yours!
