This is my first patch for cim, so please go easy on me.
I've just uploaded a patch the prevent some infinte looping when parsing
RSS feeds. I'd previously reported this as bug# 67, and thanks to Roger,
found the problem and incorporated his fix. Recently, however, the
problem showed up again, and upon investigation it was found that the
same problem was occuring in a different place.
My patch fixes the single occurence I know of, but I suspect there may
be more.
It seems that in many places we are using
pos = foo.find (str)
as part of a while loop, without forcing subsequent iterations to resume
from the last known position.
While in some cases this may be required functionality, in other cases
(as the two I have encountered so far), this can lead to cim getting
stuck in an infinite loop.
