There is one more simple script: http://fenster.name/misc/icqhistory.txt
You can integrate this script with centerim actions and get
copy-pastable history by pressing F6 key on contact =)
my action config:
%manual         icqhist
proto           icq

%exec
~/bin/icqhistory $SENDER_NICK

The one problem is hardcoded user's nickname
