Well, AFAIK it seems to be a problem in processing the queue. As i wrote
in http://bugzilla.centerim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=114#c4 , but it might be
more than this. For me it looks like they are entirely added to your
server-side contact-list when you're not online, and get synchronized
locally when you start centerim.
