If you mean that you upgraded Xen on the same system you recently downgraded to stock Xen on, it makes me wonder what else you modified, particularly because you are having kernel problems when you start VMs. Does the VM work on another physical host with a stock CentOS install? Does the VM work on the same physical host with a fresh stock CentOS install? -- Christopher G.
