It's true that libvirt also supports KVM.  My question is about plans for the 
xcp-xapi toolstack, 
see http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/Choice_of_Toolstacks

In some higher-level tools libvirt is used for kvm only, for xen they only 
support xcp-xapi.
