XSA-108 was included in the xen which was released as the embargo cleared on 1 October: http://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-announce/2014-October/020664.html If you also upgrade the kernel, do not forget to run: /usr/bin/grub-bootxen.sh This will adjust your grub for dom0 booting.
