hi, ovirt-3.5-release content is now signed and available on buildlogs, the corresponding -release file is on buildlogs.centos.org as well, in the centos/7/extras/ repos ( so as to reflect final release location on mirror.centos.org ).
Once we've had some testing, we can move to release and announcement.
