Mail .medvoice.com actually resolves to the mail server inside through
port forwarding. It's not really named that just everything going to the mail ports ends up there. Would DNS still be an issue for sending internal mail. I ran top during one of these unresponsive email spats and noticed that there are no smtp processes listed. If I wait long enough or if i restart posfix they come back. Is there some where I can look to determine if they a timing out and having issues restarting? -jason Lanny Marcus wrote: On 09 August 2007, Ken Price <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: <snip>I'll give my two cents and retire for the evening.
