Can you see that your kernel-devel (2.6.18-128.1.14) is newer than
your running kernel (2.6.18-128) ?

I strongly suggest that you run 'yum update' and get the latest kernel
and reboot.  If, for some reason, you must stay with that (obsolete)
kernel, you'd have to install the matching (obsolete) kernel-devel.
