I just installed this myself the other day on Centos 5.4 and it went fine.
[r...@sandbox1 ~]# find /usr -name Setup.pm
/usr/lib64/dirsrv/perl/Setup.pm
[r...@sandbox1 ~]# rpm -qf /usr/lib64/dirsrv/perl/Setup.pm
centos-ds-base-8.1.0-0.14.el5.centos.2
[r...@sandbox1 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 5.4 (Final)
[r...@sandbox1 ~]#
