Wait a minute. I didn't change anything, as far as I know, and now it's
working. WTF??? I love it when this happens. It's so much easier that
having to fix it yourself.
Even my email to the list wasn't getting through last night. I thought
I may have sent it to the wrong mail list again, I've done that before,
so I sent it again. Now that's working too. That would explain why
that are two copies of the email on the list. Way cool.
VirtualBox, that I installed last night, wasn't working right either,
but I'm not surprised at that. I haven't tried it tonight but I expect
that it still won't work. The trouble shooting guide said I would find
a clue in the log file but there was nothing there. It appears that it
runs just fine, according to the log file, until it crashes.
Some time ago I wrote to ask about who was maintaining the Stellarium
RPM file. I solved the problem with that by downloading the source and
building it myself. Thanks again to the list for helping me contact the
file maintainer.
