Centroids : The following came to me from a source that is best to characterize as "dubious." That is, the sender is frequently given to conspiracy theories and fits of paranoia. While he also sometimes says some really smart things and sometimes has worthwhile ideas, I regularly discount his mailings. But this may be different --to the effect that, while the originator of the e-mail also seems to be conspiracy minded, because the issue just may be legitimate. Anyone who can offer a critique of S 773 would do all of us a service if the measure is as potentially dangerous as we are told in the e-mail. OR, if worry about S 773 is overblown it would be equally good to become better informed and not be concerned.
