One thing I enjoy about the press is their continuous quest to find something...anything that helps them NOT identify the real reasons behind the massacres.
"...religious and political violence..." "Sectarian violence..." "...religious extremism... Wait, let me guess. Could it be those dangerous and highly unstable Mennonites? Or maybe it is the work of the once-proud and now dead Toltecs? Possibly the actions of those dastardly Southern Baptists? Is there any possibility they can identify ISLAM as the over-arching doctrine and let that stand as fact? No. Sorry, no. The actions of a few crazies blinds the senses to the reality of Islamic ideology as defined and practiced by upwards of 125M Muslims. As long as those in power, and the media see only a tiny minority of extremists as causing these incidents we will be doomed to playing catch-up in our understanding of and reacting to Islamic danger. A final thought on all this. it is not only Christians falling victim to Islamic stealth jihad, the whole of Africa is falling to spreading sharia.
