Reaction from Glenn Reynolds (law
professor) is ambivalent. Not sure about the government targeting its own citizens, but if anyone was begging for it, this would be the guy. The precedent is still unsettling, though. The way this administration works, Republicans and Libertarians could be next. After all, the "Tea Party" folks are "racists" and "terrorists." David "A
