Fuse version is 2.5.3-4.4.

It works one debian etch, when I use this line:

 CPPFLAGS="-g -D_LINUX_TYPES_H" CXXFLAGS="-g -D_LINUX_TYPES_H" ./configure 
--without-fuse

At home (debian unstable) it did work with gcc-4.2, but not with gcc-4.3:

problem with namespaces - I'm not sure since I have not done any C++
programming since the use namespaces :).
