Hi Will,

To see a full description of the internal server errors, you can either
check the ceph-mgr logs, or enable the Dashboard Debug mode by either:

   - From the UI: cluster -> manager modules -> Dashboard -> Edit -> tick
   Debug checkbox
   - From the CLI: ceph dashboard debug enable


Now those popping-up red boxes should give you the details of the internal
server errors. Additionally, you can check those by opening your browser's
network inspector (CTRL + SHIFT + I in Firefox/Chrome).
