Hello, I got this error after I tried upgrade from ceph:v15.2.4 to ceph:v15.2.5
with dead osd.6

In short I added osd.6 on centos, but due network problems osd.6 failed to
start, at a time I didint understand why and there was similar looking problem
fixed in ceph:v15.2.5. So I tried to upgrade with cephadm, upgrade got stuck
with this error, I canceled upgrade.
Now osd.6 is fixed and working, but I still have this error. "ceph auth ls"
shows osd.6 like every other osd it is working fine. I tried to upgrade again
but this error keeps appearing in ceph -w and upgrade gets stuck
again(everything is upgraded to ceph:v15.2.5 anyway)
osd.6 is on separate host which has no other daemons.
