One time I search undersized PG's with only one replica (as I remember)
Snippet left in my notes, so may be help you
ceph pg dump | grep undersized | awk '{print $1 " " $17 " " $18 " " $19}' | awk
-vOFS='\t' '{ print length($4), $0 }' | sort -k1,1n | cut -f2- | head
