As I understand, command
ceph orch upgrade start --ceph-version 16.2.6
is broken and will not be able to update the ceph?
root@s-26-9-19-mon-m1:~# ceph orch upgrade start --ceph-version 16.2.6
Initiating upgrade to docker.io/ceph/ceph:v16.2.6
root@s-26-9-19-mon-m1:~# ceph -s
health: HEALTH_OK
[...]
progress:
Upgrade to docker.io/ceph/ceph:v16.2.6 (0s)
[............................]
And nothing else happens. I'm trying to upgrade from version 16.2.5
