Hi,
After a change in my nodes' IP addresses, my Ceph cluster went
offline. I returned the addresses to the previous values and got a mon
quorum back, I am able to run some commands like 'ceph health', and I
can even access the dashboard on the mgr node.
However, running orch commands such as `ceph orch ls` hangs with no explanation.
I can see traffic going from the `ceph` command-line client to the mon
and back but the command never completes. I have raised the debug
level of the mon and mgr but I don't see anything out of the ordinary.

I would really appreciate any pointers about how to debug this
further. I have restarted the mon nodes multiple times, the leader has
moved to other machines but that doesn't seem to change the result in
any way.
I am running ceph 15.2.16 with cephadm and Docker.
Thanks
