Hello,

Having done this recently, I found that "ceph mgr module disable dashboard
&& ceph mgr module enable dashboard" was sufficient to apply Ceph Dashboard
certificate configuration changes. No `ceph mgr fail` was necessary.

Have you checked your ceph-mgr logs in case your configuration is incorrect?
