Others may have more specific experience, but FWIW having 100GE of any make 
puts you ahead of a lot of deployments.  

That said, I suspect that the Mellanox CX6 may be overkill unless you can 
leverage substantial offload.  

OCP lets you conserve scarce standard PCIe slots for other, future purposes, so 
I like to provision such mezzanine cards when possible.
