it looks like after the 20.2.2 release, the sync to the EU package
mirror was incomplete. Compare:
https://eu.ceph.com/debian-tentacle/pool/main/c/ceph/
to
https://download.ceph.com/debian-tentacle/pool/main/c/ceph/
Apparently the contents of
https://eu.ceph.com/debian-tentacle/dists/noble/ *were* fully replicated
though, so this means that the EU mirror now contains an index that
refers to .deb files that don't exist there, leading to 404s on "apt
upgrade" if this is the only Ceph mirror configured.
This issue can be worked around by reconfiguring one's APT sources to
download.ceph.com, but it would be great if the EU mirror could also be
fixed.
