I would go with version 1.4.2 (I don't know what the official recommendation is).
which is the implementation of using asynchronous flushing in Qemu. That's only in 1.4.3 and 1.5 if I use the upstream
As far as I know, it is in 1.4.2 as well.
Are there many such things?
