Do you mean that the all of the disks in teh first server, *and* the other
disk, are irrecoverable? If that's the case, and you had 2x replication,
then yeah, you lost a PG. :(

Correct.

You should fsck *all* of your RBD volumes, as most of them probably
sustained some damage.
If you can recover one of the disks, I would try that before recreating
the PG as once you take that step it is difficult to go back.
Also, switch to 3x replication.
