I deployed the current firefly bits (0.78-348) and things are working
well now.
BTW, I tried to set this up with ceph-deploy --dev firely but the
ceph.repo file in
http://gitbuilder.ceph.com/ceph-rpm-centos6_5-x86_64-basic/ref/firefly/noarch/ceph-release-1-0.el6.noarch.rpm
is pointing to the master branch so that failed. For now I am manually
setting up the repo file and installing the packages on my machines.
