I was running some tests on the new civetweb frontend, hoping to get
rid of the lighttpd we have in front of it and found an issue.
If you execute a HEAD on something that returns an error, the _body_
of the error will be sent, which is incorrect for a HEAD. In a
keepalive scenario this screws up pretty much all the requests after
that.
