You are hitting http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/8533

We do not have a 0.80.1-2 package, you are getting that from EPEL.

Make sure that when installing Ceph it is not coming from EPEL, but
from our repos.

You can install the yum priorities plugin and then add them to the
repo sections of ceph.repo like:

priority=1

We should have a workaround soon in ceph-deploy
