I'll update the docs to incorporate the term "incomplete." I believe this is due to an inability to complete backfilling. Your cluster is nearly full. You indicated that you installed Ceph. Did you store data in the cluster? Your usage indicates that you have used 111GB of 125GB. So you only have about 8GB left. Did it ever get to an "active + clean" state?
