Start with this: ceph-deploy --cluster myclustername new ...and then remember to also pass --cluster myclustername to all subsequent ceph-deploy commands.
This is a little bit non-obvious because it doesn't appear in "ceph-deploy new --help", you have to use "ceph-deploy --help" to see the option.
