I think so. The spec file says FC only for RBD:
%if 0%{?fedora} >= 16
%define with_storage_rbd
While for gluster for example:
%if 0%{?fedora} >= 19 || 0%{?rhel} >= 6
%define with_storage_gluster
I would like to see this enabled in both RHEL and CentOS.
