First make sure that all clients are running librados 0.9, but keep in mind that any running VMs or processes have to be restarted first. Afterwards, download the crushmap and change 'alg straw' to 'alg straw2'. You can also change 'straw_calc_version' to 2 in the CRUSHMap.
