That feature doesn't appear in hammer... it was merged just prior to
infernalis. It looks like you must have started ceph-mon with a
newer version at some point?
> $ ceph -v
> ceph version 0.94.4 (95292699291242794510b39ffde3f4df67898d3a)
Can you confirm 'ceph-mon -v' is also 0.94.4?
