Won't work. OS Recommendations page clearly states that firefly
tunables are supported starting with 3.15. 3.13, which came out
5 months (and was frozen 7 months) before firefly release, cannot
possibly support it.

You can install an ubuntu kernel from a newer ubuntu release, or pretty
much any mainline kernel from kernel-ppa.
