Then I have retried _with_ the "noatime" to be sure and... it worked too. Now, it just works with or witout the option. So I have 2 possible explanations: 1. The fact to remove noatime and mount just once has unblocked something... 2. or I have another explanation terrible for me. Maybe during my first attempt, the cephfs was just not mounted in fact.
