I believe 0.94.6 is still in testing because of a possible MDS issue [1].  You 
can download the interim dev/QE hammer release by following the instructions 
here [2] if you are in a hurry.  You would only need to upgrade librbd1 (and 
its dependencies) to pick up the fix.  When you do upgrade (either with the 
interim or the official release), I would appreciate it if you could update the 
ticket to let me know if it resolved your issue.
