What do you mean by "but without recover the current image state"? Did you perform a command like "rbd export <image>@<snap> /path/to/my/snapshot/export"? If so, you can just import that data via "rbd import" and, if you so desired, run "rbd snap create" to add a new snapshot on top of your import.
