Hello, we have been patching our ceph cluster 0.94.7 to 0.94.10. We were updating one node at a time, and after each OSD node has been rebooted we were waiting for the cluster health status to be OK. In the docs we have "stale - The placement group status has not been updated by a ceph-osd, indicating that all nodes storing this placement group may be down." This wasn't the case, because there was only one node down at a time.
