Generically, enterprise drives
1) have higher endurance ratings
2) are significantly more capable of fast synchronous IO
3) (IMPORTANT) don't lie about when data is actually durable

I don't keep track of the details of specific drives at this point;
others on the list can help with that. But I imagine we all remember
the time when consumer drives tended to have great IOP rates for 10
seconds and then fall off a cliff; they also frequently pretend data
is durable when it's really in a volatile cash.
