we run CEPH /Jewel /10.2.7 on RHEL 7.3. It is working. Maybe an other guide might help you trough the installation steps? https://www.virtualtothecore.com/en/quickly-build-a-new-ceph-cluster-with-ceph-deploy-on-centos-7/ Regards . Götz
