For -c, CEPH_CONF.
I don't think there is an environment variable for --keyfile. There is
one for --keyring, CEPH_KEYRING, which is preferred over --keyfile.
This applies to all ceph commands, so not really rbd specific, but
probably worth adding to the man page.
