I'm trying to understand the output of the dump_historic_ops admin sock
command.
I can't find information on what are the meaning of the different states
that an OP can be in.
For example, in the following excerpt:

Seems like I have an operation that was delayed over 2 seconds in
queued_for_pg state.
What does that mean? What was it waiting for?
