It can only ask for the epel rego, if you have configured it somewhere, so remove it. There are some packages you need from epel. I have that mirrored, so I don't have such issues maybe you should mirror it to. Otherwise, these are the epel rpm's I have, you have to copy these then also to your custom repo. Or just see what the exact dependencies are.
