Is it safe to have RBD cache enabled on all the gateways in the latest ceph 14.2+ and ceph-iscsi 3.0 setup? Assuming client are using multipath as outlined here: http://docs.ceph.com/docs/nautilus/rbd/iscsi-initiators/ Thanks.
