This is a nice board, but other than the form factor, it isn’t much different 
than this Supermicro board which is readily available:

They also have a similar board in a larger MicroATX form factor.

I have the Avoton equivalent of this board (everything the same except Avoton 
instead of Rangeley) and it is super nice.
