Mabwana ndi Madona, I support the suggestions put forward by Kyma and King. Lets not have the traditional positions/roles that most committees have. This thing of chirman, secretary treasure then members, i think is outdated in these times. Lets have positions purposly or tailor made to achieve an objective. We can have the chairman yes, General Secretary yes and tresure ofcourse. But the rest should positions that will perform a certain specific objectives. We could have some one PR and Marketing/fundraising. Some one on technical aspect of the game, like training of refs, teams and players. We could have someone working with the young guys, the schools as well as infrustructure, bball courts, as so on. I know ambirinu muli ndi zeru zochita izi. Otherwise this idea of having traditinal positions ibweretsa anthu oti azikangokhala phwii ksowa chochita. Lets get people that when given a task, should see it through and make a difference. Herbert
